NOTICE – DEATH OF CANDIDATE
In accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (s.39(a)(ii)), notice is hereby given that Eric Mundy, Candidate for Councillor Ward-5, passed away. At the time of Mr. Mundy’s death, ballot production was complete and could not be altered. The election results will be produced on October 24th for the remaining candidates.
